Hello! My name is *** and I am the manager of Hot Bodeez Tanning Center in Dartmouth, MaI am not sure as to why we were not getting emails from Revdex.com but I found them and the problem is resolved*** *** signed up for one of our EFT memberships which is a membership where the monthly
fee is taken out of an account the client provides to be withdrawn from the same day each monthThe requirement for this particular knockout membership is the client pays $per month for a minimum of months and then after the months is up the client is out of contract and is able to cancel but the membership goes on a month to month basis (still being withdrawn from each month and the client is free to cancel anytime after initial payments are made) and the client MUST email in to cancel when they would like to do soI searched our emails and did not find with ***'s request to cancelHowever I did find a comment in her account explaining client was upset and didn't understand the cancellation policy from March 2015, it explained how client wanted a refund but *** which is our billing company needs proof of cancellation so let *** know we gave her sessions in our level bed ($per session) at a value of $, *** agreed and came tanning and used those FREE sessions we gave instead of a refund and everyone was happySo I am not sure why there was a complaint filed when we gave her tanning to compensate for the money still being withdrawn from her account

you.Please contact [redacted] Billing with the phone number you were given on the phone when you had called and they can go over your terms which you signed.Please contact [redacted] if you would like to try for us to handle this for you and so you can take this off of the Revdex.com because this is another check against us from clients not following the billing agreement in which they had signed.

The membership the client signed up for was our year membership. It is a 12 month membership that states our billing company will charge $33.86 per month instead of the normal $65 per month because the client signed up for a year instead of just a single month. must have 12 payments withdrawn in 12 months and then after the year the membership goes on a month to month basis and the client is out of contract and may cancel at anytime. This is the reason the client was still being charged monthly because we never received the cancellation request after the 12 month contract. This clients membership has been cancelled and I know this is an old complaint but we are just trying to resolve this issue.
