I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Horizon Construction wrote:"we usually like to call clients to follow up on their projects, even if they did not selected our company to perform this particular project we quoted on.from past experience, many homeowners will have a different project in the near future and we would like to try and bid on the new project as well.or sometimes we hear that the experience with the contractor they selected did not go well and they are actually happy that we called so we can work it out and help them to finish their project.any way, no hard feelings, it was never our intention to upset you with our phone call. "This is misrepresentation of my complaints and they are again side stepping the issue.  I did NOT complaint about them following up initially.  My complaint is that after I REPEATEDLY told them not to bother me again, they ignored and continue to call me.  Above should be rephrased as:"Our staff made mistake and ignored your wishes to be not to be contacted again."And I am satisfied with them removing my contact info.]
Thank you very much.  Although it takes a lot more effort on my part and yours, I just don't want other consumers to be bothered by their practice.

Hello,If "Have Horizon Construction remove from their database any information pertaining to potential customers." is a policy change, then at least I would like my info removed from their database.  That is not a general policy change, right?Also, can my complaint be posted publicly --...

Dear [redacted],we are a very professional company, and always proud of our high quality customer service and our ability to keep a good record.we usually like to call clients to follow up on their projects, even if they did not selected our company to perform this particular project we quoted on.from past experience, many homeowners will have a different project in the near future and we would like to try and bid on the new project as well.or sometimes we hear that the experience with the contractor they selected did not go well and they are actually happy that we called so we can work it out and help them to finish their project.any way, no hard feelings, it was never our intention to upset you with our phone call. we will defiantly delete your information from our files of calls to be,  so you will NOT receive any more follow up calls NEVER AGAIN. - we accept the resolution to your complain.we apologize again, for any inconvenience.
