this takes time and schedulingFor Mr***'s to call every day and sometimes or times per day does not make this process go any fasterAny cylinder in this shape would take about 3-weeks to completeMr***'s cylinder is complete and he has picked it upTo put 2-machinists on his job only would cost or times as muchTo keep costs down we repair cylinders based on what machine is open and what machinists are availableIf MrSmith wants to pay 800-dollars for this repair we could do that, but I don't think soOur shop rate is $an hour, plus material for repair

I do think that Hook Industrial Sales did a good quality repair on the cylinder I took to themHowever my whole complaint was the lack of communication on their part of not getting back with me to inform me of an estimated time to repairBy me calling several times was only to get information on what the status of the repair was and when it might be completedI was told dozens of times that someone would call me back and let me know what was going on and they would notBy communicating with a simple phone call would have avoided any issues
