office and placed a deposit over the phone for 50% of the cost of his quoted fence work.  It was told to the consumer that in addition to the deposit, we would need a signed contract and terms and conditions in order to proceed with his order.  We placed several calls to him afterwards and left messages asking for signed paperwork.  The consumer returned a phone call on 5/11/2016 and stated that he was disappointed that we had not ordered his materials as of yet, it was again explained to him that we needed a signed contract from him.  He then expressed that he would like a refund for the deposit that he placed.  We did process his refund on 5/19/2016 for the amount of $2,500.00.
