I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. It's good, but almost went 2 weeks, no communication, and I had to dish out 700 dollars on 2 portable units. They supplied a smaller unit after I went in person to complain again. New unit had been installed and is working great. Thank you
