Review: They instaled Gas Furnace and A/C. Because my gas furnace was broken. They put low capacity (60,000 BTU) gas furnace. My house is 2,222 SQF. They should put at least (120,000 BTU) gas furnace. This unit is running all the time for nothing. Not enough heat for my house. My old unit was heating my home 80-85 degrees Fahrenheit all the time. But this gas furnace is not working good. I called them how many times. They don't want to respond, no repair or fix the problem. 10 years Guarantee and life time heat exchange guarantee. I am a disabled person. I am sick. I need more heating my home but my home is not enough heating. My [redacted] bills very high right now. Because, this unit is running all the time.Desired Settlement: I am not happy for this company. I want my money back plus [redacted] bills. They have to pay me back.
