I used homeshield and had shutters, vinyl siding and gutters installed on my whole house
Since then I have had major mildew issues The contractors put insulation under all my eves as well as
Put regular siding under the eves and did not put the vented stripping an insulation caused no air to let the house breath, an
Thus caused mildew issues
I have called this company numerous times and they r unwilling to intact me or to change me look at the problem,
Or even discuss the situation Pictures were also sent And all information has been ignored
They also did not install venting on the outside of the house for front and back to prevent overheating of crawl space above the ceiling area
This has also attributed to mildewing an overheating of upstairs

Siding repair.In 3 weeks called 5x left messages b4 callback. Came out and took photos.Will Contact me, No callback in 4 weeks. Called 3x no call backThis has been going on since May 2016. I called this company about having vinyl repair done on each side of my garage entrance, Had scrapes and dents on it. They originally did the siding on the house. We live in [redacted]. I called them Multiple times, at least 5x in a span of 2 1/2 weeks. Left messages with a person most of the time and some times a machine.Someone did finally call me back. They would send out someone to look at it. Someone did come out and took photos and said he would call me back. Waited at least 4 weeks. No callback. I called them again 3 x in the last 2 weeks. Left message with a person 2 times and a machine. Asked why I was being ignored. She would just leave a message. Left last message a week ago on voice mail. I have no idea why they are not returning my messages. This is not the way to handle potential business. I'm not really good on exact dates of the calls as I never expected to do this kind of things. I do know it's been since late May until today. Desired SettlementThe reason of ignoring my messages and if they can give me an estimate on the repair Business Response First and foremost, would like to apologize to homeowner for lack of communication regarding the repairs that he needs on his home and our ability to perform those repairs. Our business is set up strictly to deal directly with builders and new construction installs. We fulfill warranty needs of those builders for the time designated by each builder. After that, the consumer is free to obtain repair services from any business of their choosing. [redacted] Homes had given this individual our phone number thinking that maybe we would be able to help since we had done the siding install through [redacted] Homes. Unfortunately, we have been so incredibly busy that we are only able to handle the new construction business that we are contracted to perform. We have no additional crews that are able to perform repairs for individual homeowners. We do not advertise for this type of work, nor do we have a website stating that we do this type of work. We did go to this home and have someone take a picture of the repair needed. We never recontacted the homeowner to let them know of the repair cost because we, at that point, did not and still do not have the time nor the manpower to complete that repair. My mistake was in not communicating that with the homeowner.Consumer Response The recommendation for the repair was by 2 other residents from the Neighborhood. Not from [redacted]. They said that you did siding repairs for them on the side. Isn't that outside the realm of dealing direct with builders or new construction. All you had to do is tell me that you couldn't do it from the beginning. After calling you so many times leaving many messages with no response, You then finally send someone out who took pictures and said would call me back within a week or two. After 2 weeks and no response. I again leave multiple messages with no responses 4 weeks later. So you decide instead to ignore all the messages and expect I'd just go away. Is this the Business model you present. Your excuse about being to busy does not carry weight here. You wasted my time. That's the bottom line.
