with the ceiling water spot only occurs in the most extreme weather and has been problematic to diagnose. We have had roof and siding crews scheduled at least three times in the last two months to diagnose and repair the issue. Having met again regarding this mater we have agreed that the most logical approach to the repair is to extend the siding in the small triangular area flush (or there about) with the upper house soffit and fascia. The repair was to occur on Thursday 25 June 2015 except rain prevented safely climbing on the steep roof. we have rescheduled the repair for 17 July 2015.
Regarding the other issues that you mention: We have offered to schedule our drywall repairman immediately, however you have asked us to delay until you return from vacation. We have tentatively scheduled the repairs for 16 July.
We have provide the new smoke detector at no cost.
We will schedule the cutting of the door at your request.
The Andersen tilt pin is not covered under warranty as it was provided as complete at the delivery of the home, however, we will make sure that you receive a replacement pin at no cost.
The Andersen patio door insect screen has been diagnosed and we have directed you to a remedy through the Andersen window company. Please update us if you do not receive a satisfactory time frame. Also as a reminder: Andersen windows include a 5 year full warranty and 20 year glazing warranty. Our experience with Andersen is extremely good!
