Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I feel having had the tables for year and months, they could have put them on the floor. They do not always have tables matched with sofas. There are several that are sitting in open areas. I want them to at least try!!! If they can not put them out within the next month to at least see if there is an interest. As to they attempted to contact me, I have no record that shows there was an attempt. The last statement that says people are just anxious to get the stuff out of the house and do not listen to them as insulting. We understand and understood then that there may be a small period before they would go on the floor but seriously months! Stop taking so much stufff. I have a feeling if there is that much stuff in the back that my tables are probably scratched.*** ***

We did receive Ms. [redacted] coffee table and end table for consignment on 6/1/2013 and they are still in my store room. She did contact us several times and we told her that we get so many coffee tables and end tables that it is hard for us to get them all put out,plus we try to put out things...

with things they match. Her tables are black lacquered oriental tables and unfortunately we don't get a lot of things that match them. I did try to get in touch with her again after she sent a certified letter to me, but, she did not respond to my phone call. I will be happy to donate her tables if that is what she would like for me to do or she is welcome to have them back. I would prefer to get them out of my store and not have to deal with this anymore,however; I gave her a contract and I will keep them if,  that is what she wants, and put them on the floor for sale whenever I think they match a sofa I have received. We do tell everyone that we are always overflowing in our storage room. Unfortunately,  people sometimes want things out of their house more than they want to listen to what we say. I will not promise when they will go out, so, she needs to decide what her preference is. We never donate items without consent and we will not do that in her case either.
