Review: Purchase microwave online with specific instructions to leave on porch as I was not available for delivery. Called Home Depot and verified that this would be acceptable and was reassured that it would not be an issue. Deliver scheduled for today, received a call from delivery driver indicating that they could not leave item without a signature so I left work, made it hald way home then received a second call from delivery advising that they could not wait and had to leave. Contacted Home Depot and they contacted delivery who refused to stop backby my residence although there were additional deliveries in the area. I want item delivered today as promised. I have taken time away from work for this after I had it arranged in advance.Desired Settlement: Deliver item today!

Review: I purchased carpet from the Home Depot in September of 2014. After making arrangements for installation several times, because the installer kept cancelling - the carpet was FINALLY installed on December20th. They actually tried to cancel the installation again- but I said if you cant install it- cancel the order. They sent a man and a young boy to install the carpet. I paid to have three pieces of furniture moved out of the room- those pieces which were too heavy for me to move. The man moved two of them and installed the carpet. The carpet was hacked up along the edges next to the wall, cut too deeply. The carpet was also cut away from the wall near the closet. Also, the installer left the old carpet in the closet, and simply placed new carpet over top of it. When I called to complain, someone from the store came to look at the installation job, and admitted that a child could have done better!! I have now been trying Home Depot, and their installers to "replace" the carpet in my bedroom. They made an appointment three weeks ago to come, and I removed all but the three pieces of furniture that I originally paid to have moved. The installer contacted me about a half an hour before he was due to show up for installation. He stated that he could not install the carpet, unless I signed a paper to void any warranty on the carpet. I refused...so here I am still trying to get them to install the replacement carpet...and ALL my stuff is in the other two bedrooms, causing great distress, because I have to live in this mess every day! I HATE IT!!!!. The installers later called and said they want me to sign a paper relieving them of any warranties concerning how the carpet is laid. IF the carpet were to need re-stretched...I would have to pay them again!! I have contacted corporate headquarters of Home Depot on several occasions ; and Nothing has been done to fix this situation. I am fed up with trying to get them to FIX the MESS THEY MADE!!!!Desired Settlement: I simply WANT the carpet in my room replaced...Cut, and Installed CORRECTLY!! with warranties. Or, I want a full refund of the purchase price of the carpet. They can return my old carpet, and I will go elsewhere to purchase carpet. I thank you so much for your time and attention in this matter. I have tried to my wits end to get this problem solved!!
