Review: My daughter has a special wheel chair from thiss company and it has NEVER suited her needs,. A 3 month phone call regiment and NOTHING has been done

This chair is special for people with no core strength and they are supossed to be able to be in it for up too 8 hours at a time..however from day one that has not been the case. We have talked too the owner and his son and nothing has been done. This chair cost around $4,000. Insurance paid it share so the company has its money and does not care about my daughter! We even tried to get the insurance co. to do something with no luckDesired Settlement: We need this chair replaced! My daughter can not walk and is blind due to complications from a bone marrow transplant drug

Review: Received a wheelchair for my husband. Had to have it fixed twice in the first year. Same parts keep breaking.

I received a wheelchair for my husband. The same parts keep breaking and when the repairman came out they told my husband that they fixed it when in all actuality they removed a safety pin and now afraid it will break with him in it.Desired Settlement: I would like to be contacted by the owner of the company to resolve this matter.

Review: I'm gonna try to get right to the point. I needed my wheel chair serviced so I called "Home Again" the company that hold's the warranty on my chair the date I'm not sure of I just know it was early February. [redacted] was the Technian they sent . From the beginning he'd had to wait because I'm on oxgen and to make sure I had the container, because the one that I use mounted on the chair would meed to stay on the chair and would use the xtra one while he attempted to fix the chair. It did not work that way. after almost choking myself to death with tubbing from my oxgen I was more than miffed and when I got back to his van I called the young man into account for his lack of customer service and at the end I told him he had an [redacted] attitude his reply was "And so do you and further more I dont have to take this [redacted] grabbed his clip board and jumped in his van and left at that precise moment my daughter and her boyfriend drove up right then since this happened I've had my unfair share of mishaps I've lost some connection value where its not holding a long charge or is it doing the proper speed I called the office when [redacted] chose to leave she put me on hold to talk to the tech. She didn't' give me the proper opportunity to continue our conversation , she said thanks for holding and then lit into about my cursive work the to me the we reserve the right to refuse service I beg to differ when warannty is drawn against the company I sitting here with a chair that is multi-dangeors to me and they refuse to fix it. Just got the chair around Feb I was having short when I called them and both of the youngters that envolved do not need to working in the field if they don't have the patient that's elderly and disabled, the put me off it also made me feel discrmanated against. The 1s needed very badly when I asked the young girl to send a letter including her intensions to refuse me service and to forward me an alterate list of some who would possibly service first she said yes then she said I forward what she never did then went back to talking nasty tones and sarcastic toneDesired Settlement: I need my chair the place is called HOME AGAIN MEDICAL INC. The persons envolved and no longer wish to be are, the female [redacted] the tech [redacted] they are the on'es the my chair is still in the shape its in.
