Review: I did an online survey to receive 2 rings free all you had to pay was shipping and handling. I received the 2 rings and then they charged my account for 2 other items that I did not ask for and then sent them to me. They charged my account for 66.98 twice. total amount of 133.96. I contacted them by phone and told them that I did not want anything else from them, the said that they would cancel my account and not send me anything else, and to send the other items back when I received them. I checked my account again on the [redacted] of Dec 2015 and they have charged my card again! When I spoke to a supervisor that night she said that they would send the money back for the first 2 charges, I still have not seen that yet. When I checked my account again today they charged me again I already sent one I received back. Please check into this company and the way that they do businessIDesired Settlement: I want a full refund on all four charges, and my bank overdraft charges of $78. refunded as well. I did not authorize ANY of those charges, or ask for any of these items. I think in addition, this company should be penalized for this abuse of my account, and that the Revdex.com should include any information of their conduct to help prevent other consumers from being scammed. Review: Unauthorized credit card purchases. After calling the company, they advised that we needed to return items. These items never arrived(2 different shipments). When asked for a tracking number for the items, we were advised that they were sent bu US mail and there was no tracking numbers. We checked with the postal service and they do issue numbers to follow the order. I noticed that this company has had issues with this same problems with other customers. We have had to ipalce ourDesired Settlement: Please have the company take me off the list and stop billing me for items I NEVER RECEIVE
