storyWe always try our best to please every single one of our customersWe tried to make them satisfy and the money worth it Ms.*** wrote on our Facebook page that she been going to our nail shop for years, she should know how our quality is and how we treat our customers, she always on her cell phone and it is very hard to do her nailsWe did not want it to make her feel uncomfortable, but she seen never understanding her cell phone situationSometimes, her nail technician had to asked her to put her cell phone away so she could continue finish up her nails On February 17, Ms*** came to get her pedicure and finger nails doneEverything was going fine until she getting her nails polishedShe went to wash my hands once, then came back took her toes nail separate out accidentally touch lotion on her feet without knowing itLotion has oil and moisture, the gel polish doesn’t stick on the fingernail wellUyen tried to explained for her that please do not touch anything has oil/lotion if she wants to do something let Uyen does it for herUyen went to wash Tammy’s nails for the second time and she wanted to make sure all the lotion wash offas soon as Tammy sat down she started roll her pants down even though she knew her legs have lotionSo Uyen, Asked her to wash her hands for the third timewhen she applied the base coat on the nails Tammy answer a phone call instead of let her nails dryThen she sticked her nails underneath the light , when the gel polish dry her fingernails was all messed upNow Uyen had to used the nail drill to drilled all the base coat off and restart all over againThe gel polish when it dried can not remove by acetone , it has to use the drill .This was why Uyen could not hold her breath anymore She started voice herselfShe did not treated Tammy like an animal, she did not want the elder man sit next to her to apologize because she believed it was not her faultShe used her best of English grammar , plus her body language to explained to Tammy lotion is bad , and please ler her does everything for Tammy but Tammy seen like she wasnt care about it either tried to understanding her We would like to refund how much Tammy spent at our nails shop We will refund a gift certificate $as she paid and $that was how much she paid for her nails .If she have any question either comments she may email us at ***@gmail.com We really appreciated our customer for their supportiveBut no matter how hard we tried to please sometimes we cant So as we requested, Ms*** not come to our nail shop , we have the right to not serve herThank you , Holly Nails
