I am rejecting this response because:When this incident occurred I was called on my cell phone and NOT once did anyone from the hotel go in my room t check , these were accusations I asked the hotel manager several times to come to my room and he refused he stated he was going to call the policeHe stated he called the police in which I stood on the property for hours after the so called initial police call and no police officers arrived at which when I when to question when were the police coming it had already been hours I was asked to take my belongings and leave there propertyThats when I left I was embarrassed in their hotel lobby with my children for hours over some accusations of smokeMy children have medical conditions and I have a special needs child which can NOT be around smoke so these accusations are truly upsettingThe hotel has cameras why dont they pull the tape so they can see what really happened that dayAs a Priority club member and a former employee of the company I am disgusted by their services and ashamed to even think I was a part of an organization like this. Dear, *** ***, Ms*** stayed with us Sep 09th She checked into our hotel which is a smoke free environmentAll guests are made aware of this at check in, when we take a deposit for the non-smoking room Ms*** chose to smoke in our hotel roomWhen I went to
investigate and spoke with her, she became verbally abusive, so I called the local police departmentUpon their arrival she had already left the premisesSmoking in a non-smoking room is a violation of our policy and we cannot rent the room for several days due what is necessary to deep clean the room so other guests may check in without noticing the smell of marijuana smoke in the roomWe charged her a cleaning fee for the additional cost that we incur for needing to deep clean the room We even advise her to refund for one room charge for one night but she was up set and continue with her verbally abusive Thanks, *** *** General Manager HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS & SUITES, LAKE ELSINORE
