Subject refused and failed to re-assemble washing machine. Subject stole machine parts from my home. On about Saturday, September 6, 2014. My problem was that my washing machine would not drain completely. The subject had me on the phone for over 25 minutes to get to my location; he arrived in a run down truck full on junk and looked and smelled the part... (I should have refused his services upon arrival). He totally disassembled the washing maching while ranting about politics and other nonsense. He refused to re-assemble the machine and told me it was junk and to purchase another one while insisting on being paid in cash to a tune of $125.00 and less than a hour of actual work. Upon hiring a [redacted] Appliance Technician, we discovered several crucial parts from the washing was missing. Desired SettlementI would like to recover all expenses minus gas mileage.
