Review: [redacted] AKA [redacted] provides shipping services as "H&N Global Logistic Ways." On July 13 2013 I entrusted him with a Subaru 2000 and its content of personal belongings including books, 4 tires, a 12v car battery, food products, clothing and miscellaneous items to be shipped to Conakry, Guinea. **. [redacted] sent me an email stating ETA August 27 for delivery of my shipment to Conakry. However, to the writing date delivery has not been made. **. [redacted]'s local contact, [redacted] seldom answers his phone in Conakry where I arrived ahead of time on August 14, and have been awaiting delivery of my vehicle. I paid **. [redacted] $1,400 by cashier cheque drawn from my checking account at [redacted] in Wasington DC. I have been stuck in Conakry without my property while [redacted] refuses to communicate with me just as his local contact in Conakry appears to avoid answering his phone after screening my calls. This situation has put me in dire hardship in a foreign country devoid of a legal framework of recourse.Desired Settlement: I want my car and its content now. If not then Shipping fees must be returned to me in addition to the value of my car. Additionally damages must be paid to me for any item that cannot be replaced if lost or damaged. These include my books, clothes and VCR tapes. I also deserve to be compensated for all the time that I have been without my car, starting from August 27 which was the promised estimated time of delivery.

The company has delivered my property as of mid October 2013. I have in fact received my Subaru Forester as delivered at the Port Authority of Conakry, Guinea. However, I need to point out that there were some body damage, i.e., dents and paint scratches. In addition, one out of four tires loaded in the vehicle prior to shipping turned out to be missing. I do not intend to do any further business with this company. I am thankful to Revdex.com for the efforts put forth at resolving the matter. Please keep up the good job.
