H&M Towing

Review: Saturday August * 2013 my vehicle 2013 nissan altima was parked and hit by another vehicle. my car was taken to h&m towing for repairs.the insurance check was issued August * 2013 to h&m towing to start repairs the estimated date of repairs was 23 days later. I have been speaking with [redacted] h&m towing every 2 weeks to find the status of my vehicle and every week h&m towing would say the same thing over and over again iIt will be ready next week I would call to let them know I am on my way and once again it's not ready next week I was very upset with them, so when they said next week I did not call I showed up at the business on november ** 2013 and he said the car will be ready within 3days its being painted so to give them 3days to dry so I did and sure enough I get a call November ** 2013 from [redacted] @h&m telling me they are having problems with the transtransmission it will not be ready she cannot give me a date it is now novenber ** 2013 and I am still without my vehicle. My car has been in the shop for 3/** months when the estimate date was August **Desired Settlement: I would like a truthful explanation to why it is taking so long I don't think they are being fair about they way I been treated and why my vehicle has been in the shop for 3/** months .

Review: I had my car in H&M Towing repair shop. It was in an accident and my insurance company provided a list of items that needed to be repaired. They did not repair all the items. They released the car with further damage and missing parts. They gave me the run around and did not want to release the car to me. It took me four months to get the car back.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of money paid.
