The laundry facilities at Hildebrand Rentals were frequently out of orderThe sidewalk and street care, in the winter and otherwise, was severely lackingThe road was full of some of the worst potholes I had ever seen and the sidewalk was very brokenThe "office hours" were a very loosely used phrase as I never once saw anyone in the office during those hours and when called they rarely answered during these hoursWhen questions needed answered or maintenance was required, it was often days before a response was receivedTim seemed to be very kind was was often very helpfulThough I never once personally met Kathy, when speaking to her on the phone or over email she was very rude, brushed off concerns and was all around not helpfulOverall I would strongly encourage everyone to look for other places to live, many better options exist in the Waverly/Cedar Falls area
