Absolutely great!! [redacted] always returned my calls, all my emails, and was quick. If there were any issues he took care of it. I sent emails on the weekend and at night in which he responded immediately. Not too many businesses will do this and for that I am greatful! He always told me yes, anything I need, and had an answer for me. I couldn't have asked for a better company to do my remediation.

[redacted] and his crew were wonderful to work with! Our experience started with me calling the 24hr line on a Saturday at 10:30pm. To my surprise someone actually answered the phone! That someone was [redacted]. From our very first conversation I could tell that [redacted] really cared about his customers. He listened to all of my concerns regarding the toxic mold we had in our home, and really made me feel like he cared about me, and my family's concerns and safety. He addressed my concerns promptly coming out that Monday to give and estimate and evaluate the situation. By Tuesday he and his crew were back to tackle the problem. We gave them full access to our home while we stayed at a hotel, and I am happy to say that all of our personal belongings remained fine and intact. The best part of it all...when we had our next air test, all of the toxic mold was gone!! They were able to eliminate it all...something that another local company tried to do, but was unsuccessful in their efforts. I would highly recommended [redacted] and his crew. They went above my expectations with their customer service. Thanks again!!

I had a good feeling when I called the number on Puroclean's website and Mike answered the phone halfway through the second ring. I was very frustrated from tenants who smoked in my house I needed to get ready to sell. Mike helped me in the process of choosing what all to do to get the smell out of the house and soot off of the walls. He did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. This review would not be complete without mentioning how great [redacted] was when doing the cleaning. He was very considerate and made sure I knew what he would be doing next. If I ever have an unfortunate situation with smoke, fire, or mold, I know who to go to hands down: [redacted] of Puroclean of South Charlotte. Thanks again!
