I am rejecting this response because:*** *** is responsible for refunding me for an A/C re-charge as well as refunding me for my glove box that he damaged To my knowledge my vehicle has not been in a front end collision and does not have existing damage from an accident Prior to taking my car to ***, everything functioned properly with the exception of the A/C blowing warm air and the clicking noise that I hear for a few seconds coming from the vent on the dash *** repaired the glove box twice with a replacement item and it failed both times A replacement item is unacceptable My glove box needs to be replaced with a brand new *** glove box I don't trust *** and I want a *** dealer to perform the work, not ***

Vehicle came to me without refrigerant, I put it in when I received it. Car had no other faults with the the HVAC. Car took gas but wasn't operating correctly. May be due to previous accident. I got a call a year after working on her car saying her air wasn't working, and her glove box broke again....

I told her husband I would refund her the money for the HVAC and fix her glove box, but she wanted a full refund for the other services that were completed. I still have the part to fix her glove box sitting on my desk but she doesn't want to agree to anything until she gets the full 302.30 back. I offered to refund her even though the service is out of warranty. I was totally on board to refund her the 165 for the AC  and still am, even though it was out of warranty, just to help her out. But I am not refunding her the full amount when the service was rendered and nothing was wrong with it.

I [redacted] owner of Higher Ground Autoworx Inc. am willing to refund [redacted] $160 for a A/C re-charge on 6/29/16. Customer states faulty service, Hardly. The vehicle was in a front end collision and most likely has existing damage from the accident if the refrigerant leaked out over the course of a year or more! The vehicle is outside warranty by a month and a half! In an attempt to put this petty situation behind us I am also offering to repair the glove box w/ a  factory replacement item for the glove box Part # [redacted]. If I am unable to successfully repair the glove box I will offer to replace w/ a used unit of same color and working condition. This vehicle is far too old to be replacing w/ a brand new unit from the dealer! Best regards.....

I am rejecting this response because:  [redacted] is offering to reimburse me $160.00, for both the A/C and the glove box.  I paid him $160.00, for the A/C.  I also paid him $142.50, for another service that included my glove box.  The other service that he claims he rendered and completed and said that nothing was wrong resulted in a broken glove box.  When I took my car to [redacted] I complained about a clicking noise that I hear for a few seconds in the dash area after I start my car. He claims that he pulled apart the left side of the dash to identify a faulty servo motor.  He also said that he removed the glove box, carpet and trim to access the servo to copy a part number.  [redacted] broke the glove box when he removed or reinstalled it and my glove box has fallen onto the floor twice.  The first time it fell onto the floor I returned my car for him to repair.  After he accused me of breaking the glove box and after arguing with him, he decided to fix the glove box and replaced a broken part.  After [redacted] repaired my glove box it fell onto the floor again.  When [redacted] saw my husband he informed him that he did not want me to return my car to his shop and informed him that he would reimburse me.  My glove box is currently in my trunk.  I spoke to an adviser in the service department at [redacted] and he informed me that by pressing and holding down 2-buttons located below my radio, that a code would show to identify a faulty servo module.  Also, a diagnostic can be performed to test individual components to identify a problem rather than pulling a dash apart to identify a faulty servo motor and to find a part number.  I need to take my car to a professional, reputable, mechanic that is specialized in foreign vehicles to fix the issues that I have already paid [redacted] for.  I need to be reimbursed the full amount of $302.30.  I recently discovered that the person that previously owned by vehicle also had an issue with [redacted]'s work and previously filed a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair.
