Review: Took down payment for purchase of and installation of radio's and has not completed work. Has routinely not shown up for arranged appointments. President of High Tech Radio Service, Hal Frantz does not perform adequate installs. Other service was required to repair and re do work that was performed. Money was taken and work was never completed and merchandise not delivered. New costumers need to stay away.Desired Settlement: Would like portion of contract money returned.
