will not do the work I want done,my recorders have been in his shop for 8 mounthsProduct_Or_Service: repairdat recordersDesired Settlementdo the work you said you wouldBusiness Response In response to the complaint,these recorders are very specialized and we were having trouble gettingservice info to properly work on them.We did finallyget the info and equipment to proceed.By this time the customer wanted to pick up the recorders, it had been taking too long.Resolution: I have talked to the customer and apologised and agreed to continue with the repair without delay.He agreed and said he would return with the equipment this week 1/26/2015.
