High Lands Golf Club

High Lands Golf Club, LLC is a private, membership only club. We provide 12 month memberships. Mr.[redacted] claims to have an 18 month membership. The club's memberships are for a 12 month periodwith one month notice required for termination*.Mr. [redacted] discussed continuing membership until the end of the golf season with the General Managerin the fall. Our golf season is considered over at the end of October.Mr. [redacted] refused to pay an August, 2016 invoice until October 24th, 2016. He is now refusing to payhis October invoice. After numerous attempts to collect, which, at one point, he sent a drawing of aspider as payment, we have terminated his membership as of October 31. He has not contested any ofthe charges on his account and never offered to pay for the food, beverage and golf charges. When wetold him we were turning his account over for collection, he contacted the Better Busjness Bureau.He states he did not receive October membership privileges. The club was open. It was his choice notto utilize the club.Below is a copy of the club's termination notice which can be found on our website atwww.highlandsgc.com under membership section.Termination of MembershipIf you terminate your membership prior to your 12 month contract date, you are liable for the dues andany other items that have been charged to your account up to the date of termination, regardless ofwhen the termination occurs. There is an early termination fee of one month's membership based onyour membership level.
