Review: I placed an order on [redacted] for a product at $16.13 on 8/19/2013. Other sellers were listing the exact same item for over $50, so I was very surprised. I even emailed the seller to confirm it was the product I was looking for and received a reply within 30 minutes that it was. Today, 8/21/2013, I received an order cancellation because the item was out of stock. After checking on [redacted] again, Hidden Treasures Decor and More has this very product listed at $66.95. It is also listed on their individual website at $53.99 which leads me to believe the item is actually in stock, but they accidentally listed it on [redacted] for the wrong price. The cancellation email suggested "return and place your order again at a later time" and for a higher price.Desired Settlement: I want this item shipped to me at the price I agreed to pay for it.

The Customer is right the price was listed that low and all other sellers were MUCH higher. Our repricing software that we use was just being tested and going live for the first time. She happened to purchase this before we could get all the setting in place. We do have the product in stock but cancelled the order due to error in our repricing system. The customer did email us and ask one of our associates if this was a set or not and she replied yes it was but did not look at the price as we get MANY emails a day. The customer I assumed asked this as she knew that it was a big mistake and now is upset that we caught the mistake and did not ship this item. The amount she paid for the entire purchase is less than what it would be for just shipping the item. I understand her being upset but it was and honest mistake that she knew was a mistake and now is trying to make us still send it which I think is unfair. Mistakes do happen. Review: My wife and I were browsing online to find a set of dishes that we liked that we would purchase for our new home. We came across the website identified as [redacted] where we found a set of dishes we loved called the Gibson Elite Couture Evening Blossom 16 Piece Dinnerware Set priced at $58.99 per 16 piece set. We liked this set so much that we decided to purchase four 16 piece sets (December 3rd, 2013). Furthermore an advertisement by the website offered a further discount to our purchase which adjusted the total price by $40.00. Upon checkout there was a shipping total cost of $103.27 which was quoted by FedEx International Ground through the online stores website, bringing our grand total cost to $299.23 USD with the shipping. Upon payment we noticed on the websites main page an advertisement which still shows up every time that says "free shipping on orders over $99.00". This quote does not mention anything at all about international shipping nor does it have any further disclaimers. We emailed them immediately after our purchase to ask about this as our order was well over $99.00 before taxes and we did not receive a response until December 5th 2013 from [redacted] in which she stated that our order had just been cancelled as they cannot ship our order for under a hundred dollars due to the weight. Unfortunately they did not contact us prior to cancelling our order or ask us if we still wanted to proceed with this order either. On the Morning of the 5th after reading that email I was very upset that they had just decided to cancel the order and not discuss with us first to see if we wanted to continue with our order, so I decided to call them and talk with someone in person about this. We spoke to a gentleman who claims he was the owner although I do have my doubts about that due to the nature of our conversation and the unprofessional manner he had dealt with us about this. I did ask him why our order had been cancelled without our consent, he did not seem to know why either but did turn to some notes that were left on file for our purchase and just read back to us what had been mentioned in the email. I did express my concern to him and advised him that I was not happy with this and that we should not have even been charged for shipping based on their claim on the website which clearly stated free shipping on all orders over $99.00 with no exclusions or disclaimers. Once I mentioned this to him and asked him why we were charged for shipping he seemed to be lost for words and said to me that he does agree that it does not make it very clear on the website that the shipping does exclude international. I asked him what could be done about this and he did not seem genuinely interested in our business. I told him this was our first time buying off of their website and that we have not had a great first experience so far. Being the owner as he claims he also asked us if we still wanted our order which I replied back saying yes we did and that we were just trying to resolve a minor issue of the shipping with him. He also said to us that he was not the only vendor out there that we could purchase these dishes from and told us he would not sell these dishes to us as it would cause him to take a loss. As we tried to negotiate with him a reasonable measure to our purchase he responded by saying "well then you should just not buy them." I did mention to him that I was not happy with his resolution and requested he makes sure that our order gets refunded in full and that I would be escalating this to the Revdex.com as it does say on their website that they are accredited by the Revdex.com. I do not feel that their claim about 100% satisfaction and "amazing customer service" deserves recognition on their website as I do not feel these statements to be true.Desired Settlement: I am requesting that the owners of www.hiddentreasuresdecorandmore.com allow us to purchase these dishes as outlined in our billing below minus the cost of shipping for a total cost of $195.96USD for the (4) Gibson Elite Couture Evening Blossom 16 Piece Dinnerware Sets, due to the disclaimer on the website stating "free shipping on orders over $99.00".

This is absolutely ridiculous. We will not be sending these out. I am not going to respond to lies or waste anymore time on this as way too much time as been given already. A full refund was given the day the order was cancelled and this case is closed from our end.
