Review: This dealership advertises accepting Roadloans.com loans, but when you get to the dealership they want you to re- run your credit with a different company. They use Roadloans.com approvals to get you in the door, but then refuse to take the payment from the finance company Roadlones.com. This is clearly a bait and switch. On roadloans.com it provides dealer uploaded photos of cars for sale with direct contact information. I fear that if they can bait and switch a financed payment that pays them directly, and that they took the time to upload their photos of used and new cars onto the site, that they should legally but at the very least morally be responsible for taking such loan. I contacted the sales manager through email and phone conversations just to be told they would look into it, they want me to apply for a different loan and than blatantly ignore and not return phone calls or emails. This is shady advertising.Desired Settlement: Accept the loan you have advertised as taking and stop trying to re-run someone's credit. Stop setting up bait and switch advertising. Stop wasting customers time.

Review: Purchased car 5-8-2014, brakes were bad making car shake on ride home called left message no response received an email next day thanking me for purchase responded about brakes and seats being dirty and that I didn't want the car still received no response. Returned to dealership that following Monday was told I had to keep the car. Desired Settlement: Brakes fixed on car and fee for seat protectant refunded or car returned as requested day after purchase.
