Stove that was used for a year broke glass in door upon cleaning, again not in my area of expertise; should have taken it up with appliance store or manufacturer. Not real sure what building my house or work load had to do with anything. Job was on time and on budget. "Plumbing upstairs" was completed. Rough PVC in place and capped in wall for future use of upstairs bar. At least 2 service calls on record completed. including recent access point made to crawlspace with locking door to enable customer and contractor to see pipes in question. Sufficient insulation and no freezes reported this year. We always shoot for 100% satisfaction and are very accessible and approachable through our website for service. We are actually a little surprised with these accusatory complaints and feel that we had a very nice relationship with this customer. The unfortunate leak that was either discovered or caused by my former foreman was addressed immediately and follow up was done. Three inches of water was an overwhelming embellishment. The leak was isolated to the front of the sink base and contained.
