Sixty Two (62) days notice from 02/11/2014 date my contract Lease Agreement will be terminated. And will not be renewed.I've Been A tenant Since 02/12/2011.I've always paid my Rent on time. I've Feel that the community Manger is Bullying me by sending me a Termination notice to vacate on 04/14/2014. And Refuse to renew my Lease/agreement contract. Due to and argument that the both of us played a part in. I was concern about my rent and why was the increase. She were Very Unprofessional and Rude handling my concerns. She wouldn't allow me to Speak she continue talk over me. witch cause me to speak loud. This is not her first time having this type of behavior.I've never ever been so rudely miss treated by and adult that refuse to listen to a tenant concerns.. So I felt bullied by her on the phone and. She stated to me that when I calm down she would talk.. So I knew I had to renew my lease to I proceeded to go to the office to do so. When I arrived I ask could I speak to the person that was on the phone with me.Mrs [redacted] proceeded to storm out the office and say to me If your going to be loud I'm not going to talk to you and leave. I stated that she was not going to talk to me any kind of way. She walks to the door a point for me to leave. And I stated u can't talk to people in that manner that's a form of a bully.. and she stated to me then I will not be renewing your lease. So I'm sending my complaint to the Revdex.com because their were no other contact to whom I could voice my concerns to.. Don't have a clue who is over the complex Heritage apartment. Didn't want to write a review on the apartment complex until I spoke to someone on this matter. Thank you for handling my complaint. During a lease renewal process, the resident acted in an unprofessional and abusive manner towards me and the property staff. Due to her actions, we have opted to issue a non-renewal letter to this resident.
