Review: I have several complaints regarding this site:When I had ordered, I did not think I would encounter any issues since I had no problems last year when I ordered. But even from the start of the ordering process for my order on December **, 2014, something seemed off. I ordered 5 canvases worth about $250 as Christmas gifts. Even if shipping was about $10 per item, I still ordered since I wanted to get my shopping over with. When I had placed the order, it said that it would arrive on DECEMBER **. Since I had ordered pretty early, I had thought it would arrive by the latest the [redacted]. After finding this out, I had sent private messages on their [redacted] page, on the contact page, and sent an e-mail from my e-mail address stating that if it CANNOT arrive by Dec. **, to just cancel it and to let me know. Several days later, I had received tracking numbers saying that my orders had been shipped only to find out that those tracking numbers were from my orders from last year. But before I continue, I also want to mention that I did not receive a confirmation e-mail regarding my order, and no order number as well! So after receiving the e-mails with the old tracking numbers, I had sent a response saying these were from last year's order and to just let me know if it cannot arrive before the [redacted]. Again, after several days, I was e-mailed saying my order was being processed and that a tracking number would be sent to me once it is shipped. Still did not answer my question if it would arrive by Christmas, and when I looked if my credit card was charged, it was charged on the [redacted]! Then I get an automated e-mail asking for feedback on their site. I had e-mailed again stating that my question was not being answered. I get an e-mail 2-3 days days later saying "There is a chance but not a guarantee it will arrive on time. Ordering on the [redacted] it was mandatory to upgrade shipping for it to arrive by Christmas." On the [redacted], I had mentioned I emailed 3 ways and called but to resolve this but heard nothing!Desired Settlement: The website is deceiving and not reliable! Customer service is very poor as questions were not answered directly! I expect to get a full refund even if the items were shipped since I did everything I could to resolve this.
