I would not recommend this site anymoreI used it for the past years and never had a problem until nowThe phone numbers here on your Revdex.com website is bogusThe number on their website goes to a recording but there is no one who ever answers anytime of the dayI never received my tracking number and I have cancelled my order with my credit card because I believe they may be now running a bogus businessI did some research and called their actual salon in New York by looking them up on *** ***..The salon does not do the shipping for the products and the girl told me since there are a lot of Jewish Families in the area it may have been closed for passover last weekBeing as I have read other reviews recently of others not receiving their products I have come to believe they are no longer a reputable company and would like some research done into the companyThey were great but seem to be gone nowI do not recommend using Hello-Gorgeous.net any longer..I can not say good things about them if they don't even have customer service available to answer a question by phone or email and I have not received a tracking number or a package

 Hopefully, I was not charged.  I wish they wouldn't advertise something on their website that is not available..............saving so much waiting and wondering.

Review: Phone number listed on invoice and your site wrong. Phone number on Website: ###-###-####--on hold; mail box full/ leave number for return call--nothing EVER happens! Emails returned to sender. Products shipped but one bottle of nail polish--DURI #478 Heaven on Earth not properly sealed and leaked. Want replacement. BOGUS. Have tried over several days multiple times w/o success.Desired Settlement: Replace nail polish--hopefully will come intact! And/or for all frustration they should also credit account with replacement as well!

Review: On Nov. *,2013 I order Hair coloring Framesi and Developer for a total of $ 75.00. On Nov. **,2013 I received an email stating the items were shipped. Today is Nov. **,2013, and I Have not Received my products. I tried calleding no answer, I sent three emails, no answer. I used my credit card to pay for the items, but still have not received them. I check with the local post office, but they have not received a package from Hello Gorgeous. I need these products for my clients. I get no customer service from these people. I want what I paid for, send me my product.Desired Settlement: Send my the products I ordered and paid for.

Review: I placed an order on June **, 2014 and have not received it. The company stated on their website that orders are shipped within 24 hours of placing an order. When an order is shipped or if products are back ordered, an email would be sent. I have not received any emails other than my initial order confirmation. I have repeatedly called and emailed the company. During the phone call I am asked to leave a number for a call back. When I choose this option, it tells me the inbox is full and disconnects. When I stay on the line, it eventually disconnects. When I email from their contact site, it says the website can't be found. Thank you for your help.Desired Settlement: We need the products ordered by July *, 2014. If this is not possible, we would like our credit card refunded.

Review: I ordered hair color and developer April * and I was told it was to be shipped 3-4 business days because thats the shipping that I paid for . I just got it in the mail today but last week I called and email to cancel my order and no response to my email and after waiting on phone for 30m minutes they said you can leave a message and they would return your call but then I get a recording message box is full. Review: I ordered four tubes of [redacted] hair color and a pumime pad from hello gorgeous.net on February **, 2014, today is March **, 2014 and I have not received any correspondence from them. I have called the number that is on their web site seversl times and all day today and no one ever answers the phone, never! I have sent emails and have not received any response, I have givrn the order numbrr and still no response, they took the $49.00 out of my account the next day but they will not answer my emails. The order number is yhst-[redacted]-**, I want my money refunded because it is obvious that they are not able to fulfill the order.Desired Settlement: I want a refund check or refund on a [redacted] card, they cannot credit the account I used becsuse I have since closed that account.
