My office was notified of the lost hearing aids on February 19, 2016 per our chart record and warranty replacement paperwork. Replacement aids were ordered at that time. It takes several weeks for aids to come in and be programmed for fitting. The replacement aids are in the office and the...
patient had been notified via telephone that they were ready for pickup. He was called again today 4/25/16 and informed via telephone that the aids are ready. He states that he is sick. His aids are in office, programmed and ready for pick up.I do not know why the complaint states dates in November 2015 or Feb 1, 2016. Our notification of loss was on Feb 19, 2016.
