Review: When me and fiancé and nine years old got to the motel I went in to get the key I filed out the card with my address plate number a make of vehicle and then signed the card then they won't ed me to sign the check in slip I said I will sign the slip so

The slip when I check out so she gave the key and room number . We went to the room I checked it out and noticed the shower curtain was dirty I new the housekeeper was gone for the night. The next day I spoke with the housekeeper and said that I would like to have a new shower curtain because the other one was dirty she acted as tho she didn't know what I was saying so I explained it again she said no the one you have will be fine so I went to the office and waited for the lady I explained what happened with the housekeeper and she said I will write it down and speak with her I said thank you and if I'm not there can you please have her tie it to the door . We went to visit family and came back to the room. It was late I noticed that there was nothing tied to the door. The next morning came and I saw the housekeeper and asked for it again went to my room grabbed all the dirty towels gave them to the housekeeper she came back with only three towels I asked her where was the rest of them she told me that I didn't give her all of the towels and I said yes I did she started arguring with me she had her children with her so I said I am going to the office and report the issues . I then went to the office and waited again for the lady who was the same lady from the day before . She said to me in a angry way what do you won't me to do . I said I would like you to speak with your housekeeper on how to speak to custermers I don't have any towels to give you and I really don't have the time to speak with the help right now and I said your kidding me . She started to get loud with me I said I don't have to take this abuse. Went back to the room and spoke with my fiance and he said that he had found a new place to stay . He said this is of fell what you went through to get clean towels . He also said that one of the housekeepers just walked in the room without nocking on the door while I was at the office .so we grabbed our belongings as fast as possible to get out of there be fore check out time so we wouldn't be charged for the next night it was around 10 am or so went to the office and let the lady know we are leaving the service was bad I gave her the keys and asked if she would reright me a new bill she refused so I told her that I am not signing a thing because I didn't trust the fact they wouldnot try to charge me for the last night she got very angry with me and put a line thru the $330.00 dollars and put $220.00 instead she made me copy of the check in slip and the card I filled out I told her I would like a new one done she refused to do it so I said I was going to call discover and tell them what just happened. She said go ahead I'm sure they would love to hear from you then I just left I was so upset I couldn't believe that someone could treat a customer so bad and the way I was spoken to by the housekeepers to this ruined my whole trip.Desired Settlement: I would also like the money they charged me for the [redacted] of sept Wich is false because I was already home on the Cape and I made a purchase at a store in [redacted] that has the day on it also my bank statement I won't you to know I tried several times to contact them and they just kept hanging up on me

This matter has been resolved. A similar complaint was brought to my attention by [redacted]. The credit card chargeback was reversed in my favor based on the evidence presented by both parties.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:discover has not finished with it over the fact that hiedis inn put another charge on my account for September * I sent them a copy of my bank statement whicheck clearly showe I made a purchase that day in [redacted] making a purchase also I just got a letter from discover showing me documents and a letter he wrote to them clearly lying to them he said I never made any complaints how would he know because when I spoke to the women in the office and ask her if I could speak with the owerwolf she said that he was on vacation . He even said in the letter he was not aware I had even left he sent in false receipts and the post card you fill out about your car make and license plate well if he was unaware I left how did he get the key to the room I checked his his document he sent discover and compared them with mine becausee I refused to sign anything until she wrote up a new bill showing that I only stayed two nights she got very angry with me she crossed oUT the 330 and wrote 220.00 inoted and gave me a copy of the receipt with postcard I filled out when I put the documents side by side I could see he added to it his does not match mine he altered it plus the recite didn't have the line thru the 330 where the lady crossed it out and put down 220.00 my copy is much clearer then his I believe he's not being truthful . And I did make several complaint about the housekeepers on how badly theyes treated me like arguing with me because I asked for clean towels they also took there small children to work I believe that would be a distraction that's why the rooms are not being taken care of I simply gave the housekeeper my dirty towels and she only gave me three towels back by saying that I didn't give her all the dirty towels and was arguing with me I don't know what else to say I think this is petty on his part as a customer I should have never been treated this way and then the owner won't to lye about it and charge me for a time I never stayed I have proof I dI'd not stay there the [redacted] of august I have a letter from the [redacted] proven I stayed there the made accommodation for us due to the way hiedis treated us I feel his employees ruined my vacation and upset my stepdaughter the whole thing was over the fact I asked for a clean shower curtain and towels I would not put all my time and effort if I thaught I was wrong this has been going back an forth since labor day weekend I filed a complaint with my [redacted] for the inconvenience of it all you can speak with [redacted] to verify everything evendors the fact he tampered with paper work I'm not giving up on this because it makes you wonder how many more people he's done this to.
