Yes the company offered me $to help me moveBut $is not going to cover a security deposit and first months rent and help with moving expensesThat doesn’t even put a dent in itI did accept The $and I am supposed to be receiving it this week because I need something to try to helpThe only thing that they done to help me find a new residence is to see if I qualify for one of their other income propertiesThey have done nothing further to help me to find a placeI have not heard from anyone since the day that they were out of my home

Mrs. [redacted] moved into our income restricted community February 2017.  At the time of move in, she indicated it would be her and her three children and there would be no household changes within the next 12 months.  Upon recertification, it was discovered her household no longer qualified...

to live at our community under section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code, based on information we were given at move in and the time of recertification.  At recertification her household composition had changed along with her household income.  Under this program, any household change or income change within the first six months of residency must qualify under program guidelines.  After review, Mrs. [redacted]’s household did not qualify.  We did provide Mrs. [redacted] with a notice to vacate of 55 days; however, we also offered to assist Mrs. [redacted] in helping her find alternative housing for her and her family.

I have spoken to the applicant and it has been agreed that her deposit of $350 would be refunded. Ms. [redacted] has been inform of this decision and has been informed of when she can expect to receive the deposit refund.   Thank you, [redacted] Property Manager Heather Glen Townhomes
