Bridges contacted me promptly once they were alerted by the Revdex.com that a complaint had been madeMrBridges came to view the damage within hours of that call and took pictures of the table and damaged picture framesHe said that he would bring a check to me the next dayIt has now been weeks since that promise was made; MrBridges has not returned, nor have I received a check in the mail. *** ** ***
I am sorry I did not get to respond back to this complaint sooner. My mother had became seriously ill and was admitted to [redacted] and I was was spending an abundance of time at the hospital. The damages that Mr. [redacted] filed the complaint about appear to be normal wear and tear. I spoke with Mr. [redacted] at great length the day that I visited. I did agree to pay him $200, mainly for the sympathy that he had a major fall at [redacted] and had suffered some substantial injures as a result of his fall. Am I understanding that he is not willing to accept the $200 now? What Happens at this point? This is our 1st complaint, and I am not sure how this process works, could please advise?
