I am rejecting David’s Auto response because it is patently false. It is they who refused to comply with my several requests for a repair order, both when I dropped the car off and when I picked up the car. In any event, both my wife and I spoke to no less than 5 different employees at David’s auto, including one extremely rude and truculent manager, and David (the owner) himself, in regards to this matter. None of them were unclear about who I was nor were they unclear about the car and faulty work in question. Is David’s Auto denying such conversations took place? Is David’s Auto denying they had a conversation with [redacted] in regards to obtaining compensation for their work? This conversation was recorded and I can provide evidence of it. Is David’s Auto denying I sent them an email, prior to the faulty work rendered on my car, with the relevant information regarding [redacted]?
