Review: Came to clean my dryer vent, broke the vent, came to repair it, didn't.Dryer stopped working. New dryer won't work. Found they disconnected pipe.

They came to my home to clean my dryer vent. Afterwards, my dryer no longer dried. Called them back. They came out again, looked and said it was fine. Since then, my dryer has not worked so I believed it must be the dryer. Purchased a new dryer and the man who tried to install it said my ventilation was completely disconnected so my new dryer will not work either. Called the company. The company said they will NOT come back out to repair the simple connection issue that they caused. It is only a disconnected pipe that they are the cause of. They will NOT allow me to speak to a manager and said my cleaning was not "under warrantee" and that they did not come out to do the initial repair. What does that even mean? There was no initial repair. It was a cleaning. They caused the need for a repair. They are very rude to deal with and will not even come to check the issue. My vent is currently clogged with thick balls of lint that could cause a fire and other hazardous living conditions. I only wanted them to come to fix what they caused.Desired Settlement: I want the company to come out, clean the vent again and repair the vent pipe so that it is in good working condition.

Review: I had my air ducts cleaned on 4/27/13 total bill was $250.34 I paid by [redacted]. After the technician left I realized that he caused a chuck of wood to break off my closet door as well as caused scratches in my wood trim (this was all in my powder room where the duct system is behind closet doors). There is also cracks in the paint and pieces of paint that have come off around one of the vents from the technician prying the vent away from the wall. I called Healthy Air Solution ###-###-#### after noticing and asked to speak with a supervisor explaining I had a complaint about work that was just done. The man that answered put me on hold then came back and said how can I help you. It was the same man so I said I asked to speak with a supervisor. He said he was, his name was [redacted]. I asked why he didn't tell me he was the supervisor when I asked to speak with one and why did he put me on hold then come back. He said he was trying to find out who the technician was that did the work. I explained the problems and stated I paid $250.34 and asked for some money to be refunded. He wanted to send the technician back out to have him as the damage I explained I could not wait around I had to leave and also stated I didn't feel comfortable having him send the technician that caused the problems sent out. He then changed his story and said the technician was the lead technician and in charge of all the technicians. Throughout my conversation with him he constantly changed his story as far as who were supervisors and who were in charge. I asked if I could email him pictures he said fine and he would call me Monday. He never called me Monday. I called back again Wednesday he never returned my call. Then Friday I got a hold of him and he said they wanted to send a technician out to repair the damage I said no I simply want some money refunded and be done with their company since they had been blowing me off not returning my calls. I asked to speak with a higher up manager instead of another manager who's name I was told was "[redacted]" calling me. Instead of getting a call from a supervisor the technician called me. The technician told me that I was lying and that he did not cause damage and they won't refund my money. I told him I did not want to talk to him and he needed to have his manager call me back. I hung up, he called back left a message stating that I was lying and making up the fact that damage was caused because the pictures I sent made it look I just stopped painting but it clearly shows jagged edges. I called back Monday and dmanded a $40 refund no one called me back. I called again and was told by [redacted] (not sure how to spell her name) that they would only give me $20 refund. I gave her my phone number and said I want at least $25 refund since they have not been returning my calls even though I leave my phone number every time and since the techinician insulted me. She said she would call back. I never heard from them I called on 5/14/13 [redacted] said they tried calling me and got no asnwer I asked what number she called and she had my number wrong by one digit. I asked her why when I gave her my number twice and left it on their voicemail several times did they have the wrong number and she said she did not know. She said [redacted] said he would give me a $25 credit to my [redacted] and he talked to the credit card company and it should show in 7 business day. I called [redacted] on 5/25/13 they still did not see the credit and as of today 6/3/13 the credit still has not appeared. I have left 3 more messages at ###-###-#### with my correct phone number and no one from Healthy Air Solution has returned my call.Desired Settlement: I want a refund immediately made to my credit card that they have billed. I feel after all I have been dealing with in regards to poor customer service, no return phone calls and having their technician tell me I was lying and being told that a refund was made on 5/14/13 which was clearly a lie, I should be refunded more than $25 for the damage done from the work this company performed as well as my time and aggrevation to get a resolution. I expect an immediate response to this inquiry.
