Dear Revdex.comIn response the complaint made against me by *** ***, I would first like to point out that International Wedding Photography (IWP) is a different company under different ownership, so any reference to IWP in connection to Desi Intervention Photography is not pertinent to this complaint
as no relationship is established with IWP and *** *** *** is contracted under Desi Intervention Photography and thus any grievances she has, should be directed towards Desi Intervention PhotographyShe is NOT contracted with International Wedding Photography as she indicates in the opening remarks of her complaintDesi Intervention Photography is still an active companyPlease amend to remove any reference to International Wedding Photography as that company does not have any obligation to this issue. I will respond to the complaints on a point by point basis for the sake of brevity. The first submission of the video was delivered over the estimated delivery time of monthsThe wedding was in July 2016, and we submitted it to client months after the wedding for reviewLate delivery was acknowledgedClient approved the highlight and requested changes made to the long form video, which added additional time to final deliveryWe asked the client to provide us a song list, etc, and direction on what they would like put into the video etc. Client claims video was “half edited”, but long form edits are edited by putting as much footage together as possible for the client to reviewTotal edited video duration far exceeded the initial hour video length to over hours (we can submit links for review by Revdex.com)Long form edits record the event “as the event occurred” and client is aware of this fact as stated in the contractThese are edited for content rather than creativity which is reserved for the highlight video We provide complimentary use of drone for film shots, but in cases of vibration or drone propellers getting into the shot, we are unable to use those shots in the final product We contracted the client for total photos but ended up delivering more than images, which the client picked for the albumPictures of the wedding were posted in September (access times to client gallery can be provided to Revdex.com)When client first received her photos online she mentioned that a gallery of images containing the grooms pre-wedding events were not on the gallery, which was uploaded at her requestOur policy is that once edited images are delivered and with no immediate revisions requested by clients, raw files are deleted after months (edited photos remain online indefinitely)As stated in the contract album can take up to a year to produce (after client has picked their images)Client approved photos for the album in September 2017, and I had the production of the album expedited as we were delayed on the video. Once the album arrived, I immediately notified client that there was a spelling error on the albumI also contacted my album vendor and requested an immediate change which they were willing to accommodate immediately as wellI can provide the communication with the vendors to the BBAClient wanted to immediately see the albumOnce she received the album with the spelling error, I again told her I will have a corrected album ready to goShe refused, opting to keep the current albumI am still ready to provide her the corrected album. I acknowledge our late delivery time on the video product, but in every step of the way I have tried to give her more than the contract states in order to compensate for the waitI also provided her the raw video files which we charge $1000 absolutely freeIn addition to this, I provided her with more than additional photos, and hours of additional footage. At this time I feel that I have compensated her for the delays in delivery, by offering additional photos and videos, offering raw files at no additional costI even offered the client additional on the videos if necessary to ensure that this issue can be resolved amicably. I am at a loss as to how she feels I threatened her and will not try and defend myself from a behavior I did not displaySince this has become a Revdex.com issue, I do ask them to provide a possible course for resolution in this matter
