I ordered a Prom dress from this company for my daughter on May 15thThey asked when would she be needing the dressand I told them May 24thThey did not send the dressI reached out to them multiple times and received no response until messaging them on InstagramI had to go out and buy another dress for the PromI sent a message before they mailed the package out asking them not send the dress because the date has already passedThe package came on the 30th and I refused itIt was sent back and I made contact with the company letting them know it was returned and I am expecting a full refundThey are now telling us that after seven days no refund only store credit and it wasn't properly returnedso now I will not get anything backI paid $for this dress and I would like my money back Product_Or_Service: Prom dress
