This is to state that Mrs*** brought her daughter for medical care to the wellness center on May 27, She gave her credit card with instructions that this office can charge her card for each
office visit her daughter attends But when her daughter did not follow the doctors instructionsShe was told she could not go into a once a month program (she was in a weekly program) she became very upset and angryShe even slammed the doors on her way outShe did not come for follvisit on June 16, Mrs*** credit card was not billed for her "no show" or any other time after her last office visitHer credit card was charged lawfully according to her instructionsCredit card company also verified the transactions and agreed with usI have the letter the credit card company sent that agreed with the wellness center not with Mrs***
We understand the mothers frustration as her daughter did not follow the treatment plans for her welfareMrs*** called the office after her daughter stopped treatmentShe said treatment did not work and wanted a refundThe office staff explained her daughter was seen by a doctor and given a treatment plan for her to followThe doctor can no make anyone follow the planThe patient has to want to do it, sadly her daughter was not ready for treatment
