First of all, [redacted] has not gotten a loan from us since April 30, 2009. Said loan, [redacted], Gibson Les Paul guitar with hard case was the item...
pawned to us. This loan was expired by us on August 26, 2009. Said loan was due on July 29, 2009. Mr. [redacted] forfeited his guitar because he did not come in and pay for said loan.
We have no record of Mr. [redacted] setting foot in this store since April 30, 2009. Furthermore, Mr. [redacted] was in our store approximately a couple weeks ago. He was very indigent and hostile. We tried to help him, but there was nothing to help him with.
I have no idea where Mr. [redacted] is coming from on said guitar. If that was the case of him losing a guitar to us in 2013 where is his proof?
I have nothing more to say. His accusations are totally false based on our store records. We report all of our pawns of regulated items to the Portland Police Bureau nightly and have done so since 2009.
P.S. - I am sending via postal mail a copy of the original ticket for the loan of said guitar
