Review: I am a personal assistant. I've been taking my boss's car to this shop for a while. I recently took it in for a standard inspection, as well as some repair work. The total bill was $2,538.34. They keep my boss's credit card on file so I approved the charge.About a week later I noticed that they had charged my boss's card twice for the same job. When I called in, the manager ([redacted]) admitted they had made the mistake, and that they had charged a number of customers double in the past few days. He said they needed the money to meet payroll, and refused to refund the charge, and said we would have to dispute the charge with our credit card company. He finally agreed to refund the charge, as I explained it would be a much simpler process.It's three week later and they have not refunded the charge. They also refused to give me a receipt for the work--I had to keep calling back for weeks before they would fax me the receipt.Desired Settlement: I would like my boss's credit card refunded for the double charge ($2,538.34) and for the Revdex.com to investigate the fact that they are charging numerous customers for work twice.

I was able to get my money back by disputing the charge with the credit card company, but the actual business never responded to the call.
