Davis did clean her furnace in September 2014, and notified her that it should be replaced due to rusted out heat exchanger in blower compartment Our service tech did agree with the other companys findings when the customer asked us to be present when the other company was looking at the system We hadn't heard of the customer being unhappy with our company who continued to purchase fuel oil, until we received a letter on June 18, In the letter the customer stated if we wanted to keep her business, she would like a refund We apologize for her being unsatisfied, but felt we handled the situation fairly We will however, be issuing a refund to rectify the situation If you need any further documentation please contact us
