refund cash for food. For the past 4 years a team of scam artist were claiming they purchased food, wasn't given what they ordered and realized it after eating most of the product. When we ask them to bring it back, they said it was discarded. This went on for a while until we caught it(after replacing or refunding those request). Our policy now is we will make good on a purchase but we must see it first(the product must be returned back for observation). This practice can prove the mistake....Otherwise, anyone can make a claim.
