Warranty Issue
years ago I purchased a Sleeptronic pillow top Mattress from Harness Mattress Company in ***I was told the Mattress had a year Warranty and the mattress could be replaced if anything went wrongThe mattress has shown significant signs of a dip in the middleI am one person and only I sleep on this MattressIt is not comfortable anymoreI spent $plus on the mattress and boxI called Harness Mattress company and was told basically "tough" the only thing that can be done is to bring mattress in and they will send to Sleeptronic in *** where they will determine IF they will repair it but they WILL NOT replace itI asked for the Sleeptronic number and I called, I spoke to *** I think and he basically told me the huge dip in the middle in and cannot be replaced but I can send it to them and they may possibly repair it at my expense but I had to get it to ***I live in *** so that is not possibleI cannot be without a bed for
