[redacted] they added on extra charges after they make me sign a paper that was blank and then would NOT release my vehicle for absolutely no reason . They try to hustle more money from insurance companies that are not even legit charges like wait times clean up and daily

On lot they are doing this to over charge my insurance company but they are the ones keeping my vehicle on the lot .[redacted]
Konrad and Wayne at Able Towing do a fantastic job. Our daughter was in a serious accident on Hwy 85 at rush hour and they came promptly to move the vehicles to the side of the road. They insisted that our daughter be in the cab of the tow truck so that she was safe and made sure that she didn't need immediate medical attention before the police arrived. At the vehicle yard where her car was towed, they asked if everyone was all right and gave very useful information related to the insurance claim. They waited until the police finished the accident report and all people involved had safe rides home. Their kindness and professionalism was very much appreciated!
