responses that are visible to the public and in order to stay in compliance we
are unable to disclose any information regarding our customers financial
situation. Therefore I will make a
general statement to respond. Every situation/customer
is unique in their financial situation and needs and because of that at times
it requires us to go to multiple lenders once we gain permission from the
customer to do so. I am confident that
after speaking with our personnel we had
the ***'s permission to proceed and secure them a loan. Further, all the inquiries that were made on
their bureau occurred between Jan 23-30, 2015.
On Page of the attached "Fair Isaac" Understanding Your
Credit Score document it states that even though there are multiple inquires,
they only count as one inquiry on your credit bureau in any given day
periodWe do our very best to help every customer that comes our way, and I am
sorry that we could not assist the ***'s.

maintain that we had the ***'s permission to proceed and secure a loan for
themHowever in the spirit of customer satisfaction, we have begun the process
of asking every lender to remove the inquiries between the dates of 1/21/
through 1/31/2104, with the exception of the one they stated they allowedIt
should be noted that this process is very lengthy and time consuming, and
depending on the lender could take up to monthsWe are requesting that the
lenders send a letter to the ***'s stating that the inquiry has been
removedThe General Manager will stay in touch with the ***'s throughout this
process, and has left a message regarding the action we are taking to assist
them

Mr*** had a service concern with his *** that he purchased from us in February 2015. I contacted him and set up a service appointment for him. Almost all of his concerns were covered under his extended service contract that he purchased. The one concern that
wasn’t covered by Mr***’s extended service contract, West Herr covered the cost of in the spirit of customer satisfaction. Thus far, we feel Mr*** is satisfied with this resolutionStephen P*** General Manager West Herr Used Car Outlet
There was a mistake made on the Carfax by the insurance company when the accident was reported. It was a minor accident and the vehicle was not a total loss as reportedWe worked with Carfax and the insurance company to correct the mistake and Mr*** has an updated
report from Carfax, and is very satisfied.

In accordance to my terms, they have in fact re-imbursed me the entire amount, as well as claim (not in writing though) that they will find and install a new onstar / satellite unit when they get one...thank you for all your help

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I want this to stay on the record for other vehicle owners who are pursuing the purchase of a vehicle and I do not accept that they had our best interest when we specifically told them that nothing over a certain amount and only one place. They are going to say whatever they want to cover their butt. When the 4 months is up and the 32 hits on my husbands record have been cleared is when I feel this can be closed. I have already contacted a local news station about this situation to help people locally to beware of what this dealership does.

In the spirit of customer satisfaction we are making Mr. [redacted]'s first payment and replacing two tires. He is very happy with the resolution.
