Review: Dropped my hearing aid for repair on Dec 16, 2013 at the Kernersville location. Paid $250 for the repair. Business seems to have closed after the owners death on December 23, 2013. I can not get return phone calls or email from any of the locations. I can not get my hearing aid back or my medical records - nor my original $250.Kernersville location:1203 East Mountain Street, Suite C, Kernersville, NC 27284 ###-###-####Desired Settlement: Just want my hearing aid back and my medical records.

Review: I purchased a set of hearing aides from [redacted] of happy hearing which included lifetime cleanings and tune-ups. I understand he died suddenly and the business closed abruptly w/o informing contractures what to do or where to go for services included in the price of the aides. what do I do? it seems wrong that I should now have to pay another provider for adjustments I have already paid for.Desired Settlement: either refund of purchase price or qualified tech. to assume responsibility for maintenance of my hearing aides with out charge.

Review: I bought and paid for 2 hearing aids in February 2013. I paid $2198.00 for them and have had nothing but trouble ever since then. I have taken them back many times to have them worked on and still can't use them. They told me they were extending my warranty to 18 months but didn't give me any paperwork to prove it. I worked hard to earn that money and now have a product that is useless to me. I went and had them work on them and got back in the car and they were buzzing so loud, I had to go right back in. Later that week I went back up there and to my surprise they were closed for good.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my $2198.00 back in full. I have not been able to use them and Happy Hearing could never seem to service them correctly.

Review: financed hearing aids and had 45 days to try free and could return. received hearing aids on jan.10th,2014 and they shut doors jan 17 ,2014. no where to return hearing aids to don't work for me. and finance company is wanting there payment. need to know how to return and not go against my credit.Desired Settlement: want these hearing aids returned and the finance company get off my case and drop what I owe them so it doesn't go against my credit.

Review: About Jan. 8 I brought my hearing aid to the [redacted] office and [redacted] was in charge there. My hearing aid needed repairing and he checked with the manufacturer and told me there would be no charge. The hearing aid was paid for. When I didn't hear from [redacted] or [redacted] (his office staff) I called and that is when I found out the business was closed. I think my aid might still be with the company it was sent to for repair, which I do not know. I think the aid was repaired and sent to the [redacted] office and since the office was closed it might have been returned to the place that repaired it and that is where it still might be.I would like to ask [redacted] the company it was sent to but don't know how to get in touch with him. Shame on the owner's wife for doing this the way it was done. That hearing aid opened the world to me.Desired Settlement: I just want my hearing aid back. I would be so grateful to the Revdex.com for anything they can do for me.

Review: I understand that this business has closed down due to the death of the owner. He was a nice person and his loss is very sad & unfortunate.Prior to his death, I was attended by a substitute named [redacted]. With him, I purchased a molded inner ear piece that would be an extension of one of my hearing aids originally purchased at Happy Hearing. The inner ear piece cost $75. I paid for it in advance and it was going to take a few weeks to be produced. During the week of January 12, 2014, I received a call from the receptionist advising me that the ear piece had arrived and was ready. She scheduled an appointment for me for 10 AM January 22, 2014. When I arrived at the office for my appointment, I found the note on the window that the office was closed. According to the article in Ask Sam, the [redacted], Sunday, February 9, 2014, all of the assets of the business have been transferred to another business. I suspect that business has the inner ear piece that I purchased and I would like to get it from them. Can you help me please?Desired Settlement: I would like to obtain the inner ear piece that I purchased from Happy Hearing. I was told that it was ready for me and would be installed on January 22, 2014.
