We responded directly to Mr***. We have resolved the issue with him by replacing his tables. We did let him know that we had not received any claim on his behalf from Patios USA as he stated in his complaint

Spoke to Ms [redacted] and she informed me she would mail me replacement springs, once I sent pictures of the chair. She needed to validate installation so the new springs would properly be installed as well. Sending pictures today 7/31/2015.

I am not aware of any claim that Ms. [redacted] has filed directly with Hanamint. Once I have additional information from her I can address this issue.
