Center City Motors was informed two months ago after a year ago purchase that Mr. [redacted] was having troubles with the said 2000 BMW X5. When Mr. [redacted] called me I told him to bring it in and I would check it out to see what might be wrong. As...
of today, he has yet to do this. Mr. [redacted] had had this BMW X5 for right at a years time. He and his wife came and looked at the X5, drove it, loved it, and had to have it. Mr. [redacted] was then given all legally binding paperwork including, AS/IS Buyers Guide, Title, Inspection (at another State Inspection facility), and legally binding paperwork.
Center City Motors buys vehicles just like the customer does and checks them out to the best of our knowledge. Check engine lights are always fixed when on, due to the fact that customers will not buy cars with them on. If the Catylic convertor was gone, the check engine light would have been on when Mr [redacted] and his wife purchased the car. When He and his wife bought the X5 they were so thankful and loved the vehicle.

Yes we were very excited to have the vehicle. However the mechanics that looked the vehicle over informed us that the bulbs in the check engine light were not functioning. I would like to know where the vehicle was inspected. The Missouri highway patrol would also like to know this information. I have waited almost a year because we were informed about the catalytic converter when seemingly every thing else went wring and no codes were displayed on the dash we were VERY grateful and appreciated the effort that was put forth to get us financed. However the very day we purchased the vehicle [redacted] told us upon start up of the vehicle that "it's going g to be loud it's a v8" subsequent transmission issues which verifiably are caused as a direct result of the catalytic converter not being there. By this one code sets another sets another etc. The problem with this is there IS NO CODED N
BECAUSE THERE IS NO FUNCTIONONG CHECK ENGINE display. Yes I was told to vine in and they would check it out what the gentleman is omitting is it was supposed to be scheduled when THE called us back. They are more than capable of checking mileage on the car to verify it has NOT been drove alot because it quite simply cannot with a failed transmission and o2 sensors and mass air flow sensors. I understand that we purchased the vehicle as is. However extenuating circumstances and deceit and all out fraud by the dealer hindered our good faith. If they wish to repair EVERYTHING THAT IS wrong due to cats fine bit I assure you the Missouri highway patrol Sgt. [redacted] is ANXIOUSLY waiting the response. I have followed the instructions of the highway patrol and to the best of my knowledge they are investigating the business for fraud. Consumer fraud and theft by deceit. Of course all was well when they received there funds and I have also filed a complaint with the division of aging and disability. They knew full well that I was no longer capable of inspecting the vehicle my self as I just lost my legs. S well it was a very hurried deal in which at first we informed them we did not have enough for the down payment at which time [redacted] suggested trade we gave a 60 inch big screen TV and entertainment center for down payment which he put [redacted] down to the finance company. Now I am not a sheister or anything of the sort expected nothing less from this company regarding this matter than what I am receiving. They however think that this will just go away I'm sorry but no. I was manipulated and lied to. They were supposed to fix the hood and the door which still either of which work stoll. Of course that was not on paper bit a verbal agreement between ourselves and [redacted]. Can accept that bit to have a federal law violated and conspire to pass a bad vehicle off as ok is fraud and deceit if ever I heard the term. This is what I am willing to negotiate.. I would be content with transmission fixed catalytic converters replacement. O2 sensors fixed mass air flow sensor replaced. And further more an apology do you trying to dilute the facts to my fault. I will be getting information from highly patrol Sgt. [redacted] and I will be MORE than willing to submit findings. Further more you understanding of the person who sold us this vehicle [redacted] let on bad terms or relocated because if his dealings. I am going to contact the paper and have already spoke with [redacted] and [redacted] regarding scams against handicapped. Limited asking for is my bmw x5 to be as it was supposed to be and not hurried off the lit to an unsuspecting incapable individual who trusted this dealership to be forthcoming and honest which is apparently out of there scope of reasoning. Am guilty of nothing more than trusting a dealer who came across as honest and trust worthy. I WANNA MY VEHICLE REPAIRED. Or a replacement vehicle I have indeed had this thorn

S well as my being in the hospital with heart attacks and complications from amputation did in fact render me incapable of dropping you health issues to get the vehicle fixed S I stated they Re more than welcome to verify mileage and to be honest I am disappointed with the fact that they will Not accept responsibility for what one of there dealer's conspired against. I do not however feel singled out simply the wrong place at the wrong time wanting a very clean looking vehicle in which we WERE assured repeatedly that was a "solid" vehicle while the entire time I was simply the next victim of a highly deceitful establishment other shady BUISNESS ethics and practice. F they will contact me and repair my vehicle would be ecstatic. However it seems as though they wish to have a legal battle in which I am not only backed but fully supported by law enforcement and dmv. Thank you for your time and consideration.
