This letter is in response to a complaint filed against the Hale Kai O' Kihei Condominium Rental Pool on 6/29/16 and filed ID number [redacted].The guest stated that he booked a Hale Kai 0 Kihei condo through [redacted] on 6/28/16 and then immediately cancelled the reservation. [redacted] ran...
the guest's credit card for the initial booking.The guest contacted the BetterBus ness Bu rea u that Ha le Kai 0 Ki hei would not refund his booking he made through [redacted]. We (a company that markets rooms at the Hale Kai 0 Kihei ) didnot have access to the guest'scred it card information, nor did we charge the guest.The guest's dispute seems to have been with [redacted].We followed
up with our partners at [redacted] to look into the cancelled reservation to assure this guest was refunded in full through [redacted] for his cancelled
reservation. [redacted]confirmed that this guest was indeed refunded in full on 6/29/16 and the charges can take up to 10 days to show back up in his account.The email correspondence from [redacted] is attached.In conclusion, this guest was refunded in full for their cancelled reservation.

On June 29th I was given a partial refund by [redacted] with the explanation from them that the hotel was refusing to give a full refund. My charge was still going to be $411. Because of persistence calling [redacted] and [redacted] "rant" [redacted] emailed me and said a full refund was given to me- this was several days later. Again, the final outcome was good- [redacted] made things painful and likely blamed this company for their lack of communication. I thank the hotel management company for following through and wish them luck in their future.
Furthermore, I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
