Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the words in the email are not true As stated in my original complaint, this event happened in the winter (January and January 9, 2017) She states that I wanted my dogs clipped shorter because of the heat The owner of this business accepted payment for work that was not done, promised a refund, and then failed to follow through with the refund I can not believe that she would so blatantly lie about this complaint Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I am the owner of the grooming shop in questionI, don't feel I am at not at fault for her unsatisfactory service that was filed on 2.2.17. She said she wanted the SAME,clip for her dog and I groomed it accordinglyWhen she picked it up she asked if I could take it a bit shorter all over
because of the heatI would have if I had time but said shed have to,come back a diff day cuz its a whole additional groomYet I was willing to do it shorter for freeI only have one blade shorter and it only takes an additional 1/off and I told her she wouldn't even ,notice a diffShe insisted so We made a date to return,and she leftWell she then proceeded to call the shop about times to talk about the length of the Clip and to try to change appt to afternoonI had no openings and she, just would,t let it goI'm guilty of raising my voice after the calls kept coming on the second dayShe wanted her money backI said I couldn't because iid done the groom she requestedMy concern was not her blowing,up,the phone it was i,didnt feel it was fair to,get elderly dog go endure,anothrr,appt,to take,les tban 1/4,inch offIt became a battle of wills And,I finally said she needed to find another groomerThat's When,she started calling obsessively about money,backI won'tI groomed her dog then we had to dto,ideal with her calls for 2,daysIVery professional and % will do what I can to make client happyI was voted #in,boise last yr All this fuss overA haircut she asked forI had to look out for *** it wasn't fair to do that tmto her at her age.Thank you,Tina q***

I am rejecting this response because: the words in the email are not true.  As stated in my original complaint, this event happened in the winter (January 4 and January 9, 2017).  She states that I wanted my dogs clipped shorter because of the heat.  The owner of this business accepted payment for work that was not done, promised a refund, and then failed to follow through with the refund.  I can not believe that she would so blatantly lie about this complaint.
